During the hot waves, there was a bunch of energy outages and the building don't have any system to keep at least the elevators working.

Clean and decent hotel
Clean and nice room. Nice view on harbor. Decent breakfast although selections could be a bit more.
No access from Hotel parking directly to hotel. You have to go up and outside and around the hotel to enter. There is not much in the area to do. But it was convenient for us to get to our meeting places.
